Rugged Design Features

Syntactic foam is inherently impact-resistant and damage-tolerant. For extra durability, C-FLOAT syntactic foam products are constructed with a tough, integrally molded fiberglass skin, and covered with resilient elastomeric coatings or other special finishes. The result is a rugged buoyancy system that functions effectively, even with surface damage.

C-FLOAT riser buoyancy modules are designed to be easy to lift, store, and handle, and to work in concert with other rig equipment.

C-FLOAT buoyancy modules stay securely in place indefinitely yet can be easily removed for riser inspection.
